Terms of Use
Dear participants, this notice sets out the rules for using the materials of the ACIA Course educational seminar.
1. General
These Terms govern the use of materials of the Asian Cancer Imaging Academy (ACIA) Course organised by the Kazakh Society of Oncologists and Radiologists (KSOR). By participating in the seminar, the user agrees to these Terms.
2. Recording and distribution prohibited
Recording of the online stream, taking screencasts, downloading, copying, as well as any posting or distribution of ACIA Course materials on social networks, messengers, video platforms or other public resources without the prior permission of the organisers and rights holders is prohibited.
3. Source attribution and scope of materials
Any use of conference materials without mandatory attribution of the organisers and rights holders as the source is prohibited. Where citation or partial use of materials is permitted, correct attribution of the organisers, authors and rights holders must be preserved. Conference materials include, without limitation, video recordings, audio recordings, slides, images, texts of presentations, demonstration materials and other objects presented during the event.
4. Liability
Any unauthorised use, posting on social networks, messengers, video hosting or other public resources is treated as a violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, and, depending on the nature of the violation, may result in liability under Article 198 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Conference materials are intended solely for personal viewing within the framework of participation in the event. The Organising Committee is entitled to demand immediate cessation of any recording and distribution of conference materials.
