Personal data processing policy
This Policy defines the procedure for processing personal data submitted on the ACIA 2026 website (acia2026.kz).
1. Operator
Personal data is processed by the Kazakh Society of Oncologists and Radiologists (KSOR), located at 91 Abay Avenue, Almaty.
2. Purposes of processing
Registration of educational seminar participants, communication regarding participation, sending course materials, payment tracking.
3. Retention period
Data is retained for 12 months after the course ends, after which it is removed from the active database.
4. Subject's rights
Subjects may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by writing to madina.orazaykyzy@gmail.com.
